Aviva Pembroke is a senior living community that provides a range of living options and skilled services within a continuum of care for residents of Virginia Beach, Virginia. This project is the first phase in an initiative to reinvent a former regional shopping mall as mixed-use development known as Pembroke Square. 

The primary massing of the complex is a 7-story L-shaped tower which contains over 190,000-square-foot of units, amenities, and support. The 153-unit community features a seamless integration of residential and hospitality-style amenities. The independent living portion includes 121 units, including 2-story townhomes with access to a green roof and amenity deck. The community also offers 12 memory care rooms and 20 assisted living units.
